At bakers n florals, all products — including fresh flowers, cakes, and desserts — are perishable and made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo. We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery slot. No cancellations once the order is out for delivery.

To report an issue, contact us via WhatsApp or email on the day of delivery.
