Delivery Areas We currently deliver within Hyderabad and select surrounding areas. Please enter your pincode at checkout to confirm delivery availability.

Delivery Charges Delivery charges vary based on your selected delivery slot:

• Standard slots — Free delivery
• Express / premium slots (e.g., early morning, late evening, or specific time windows) — A delivery charge applies, calculated at checkout

The applicable charge, if any, will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Perishable Items All cakes and floral arrangements are perishable. Once dispatched, orders cannot be redirected, rescheduled, or cancelled. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address and time.

Delivery Slots You can select a preferred delivery slot at checkout. We will do our best to honour your chosen slot, though slight delays may occur during peak seasons and festivals.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, we are unable to offer a refund or reschedule for perishable items.
